'93 960 cooling fan cuts in and out 900

Hi,
I recently had the breather box overhauled (car has 201000 KM) and when I got the car back, the Air con was ice cold. Now, the compressor just cuts in and out, and the engine cooling fan goes on and then off, like the power is being cut. It's not like it turns on for a minute, and then turns off, the cooling fan turns on for 2 seconds, then off then on then off...... The idle also seems to be pretty "wiggly" on the car. What's wrong? Have some wires been eaten by a little gremlin that loves Volvo wires? The air con was also recharged last year. My main concern is the weird engine cooling fan though

hey you should follow the wire harness that comes from the back of the fan motor to were ever it goes and check all the conection and the wires if it isnt that then maybe your fan motor might be ready to blow out.
