How do you replace lug nuts on the rear wheel?

The lug bolts are installed with a interference fit so you have to drive them out with a hammer (inboard towards the car). To install new ones simply slide the new one in until it hits the interference, add washers until you leave about 1/2" of stud, screw the new nut onto the stud (grease lightly) and tighten the nut to pull the new lug into place. You may have to add more washers during installation to keep from hitting bottom on the stud threads.
All of this work is done with the wheel and rotor removed.

use anti-sieze--never use an air wrench on lug nuts
