When the key is in the on position (forget which position, but the one where the lights light up and before the engine turns) or engine is running and you have the A/C on, the A/C fan should always run correct? No matter what the temp is outside?

The fan in front of the A/C condensor only comes on at high coolant temperatures. There is a big sensor in the top of the right hand side tank (passanger side of car) This is the temp sensor for that fan. If you take off the wires and touch them together, the fan should come on. It doesnt come on with the A/C because the car has a belt driven fan that obviously turns when the engine is running.
