245 sunroof drain hoses 200 1983

My drain hoses have broken off up in the door frame column and now the water is running into the car and onto my floor boards. Is there an easy way to replace these? Where can I buy replacements? The car is solid right now and I do not want to rot the floor boards. Thanks for the help!

Jesse

I posted a similar question just a second ago, If you need to buy the hoses I would call IPD, they may have something for you. Also they might just be plugged. My newest Volvo came from a pretty wet climate (portland, OR) and I am guessing mine are plugged. Also, after discovering that the sunroof was leaking, I decided to take the carpeting out (fairly easy to do, weekend job) because I knew that Volvo has rubber and foam cussion/sound bariers under the carpet that rarely dries out. I was surprised to find that the car after sitting in the shop for a month dry still had the mats soaking wet. One of my foot-wells had rusted through from the constant moisture. I will need to replace part of the foot well (about 4 inches square) because those mats never did dry out. It might be wise to at least try checking your mats out, if you know your sunroof is leaking. Hope that helps!
