I have a 1974 145 series wagon in need of some electrical work and exhaust manifold work. How would you recomend getting rid of it? And what would you say it is worth?

I would like to see the car. My wife and I have a 73/145 and we absolutely love this machine. I bought my 73' five months ago for 500$ here was the condition: Body= some rust spots / no dents / oxidized paint
Mech= engine needed "FI" wire harness--> and almost all the FI parts replaced 350$ / m40 tranny was under-serviced and noisy / rear end was leaking and near dry / engine--> checked out good mechanically (shop tune and diag. 300$) / rear brakes ground down to nothing but metaIetal 250$

After some repairs and TLC my car get's 28mpg and drives great for about 1400$
I love projects and am really impressed with volvo engineering overall. I will be in Seattle Jun 7-9

wish mine got 28 to the gallon, i dont know what its deal is, it sucks gas down like its an eldorado

What kind of electrical work? And what kind of exhaust manifold work? I have a couple of manifolds, one for dual carbs and one for FI. I'm in Puyallup, might have a buyer for my 1971 142e so I might be interested if you just want to sell, tell me more.
