760 seat heaters and cruise control 700

I have a 87 760 turbo wagon with 246xxx miles. There are 2 things that are broken that i want to get fixed.
1. Both seat heaters are non functional the pasengers switch lights up but the drivers dont.

2. The cruise control is non functional.

Does anyone know if there is replacement parts i can buy and where. Also is there some tests i can do to determine where the problem actually is?

On the cruise control issue, check all your hoses very carefully. A split or disconnected hose will usually be the prob. I would also start under the hood since those hoses are the easiest to check.
