Bleed screws on an Amazon 120-130 1968

I just snapped the bleed screw off a brake caliper. I managed to (finally) extract it, but of course don't have a replacement handy. Does anyone know if one from a 140 or 240 will fit? They need a different size spanner, but maybe the thread is the same? I don't want to pull one out of one of the other cars and have to bleed its brakes if it won't fit.

Thanks

JohnH

Take the remains down to your friendly local auto parts store and
see if they have one. They are fairly standard items, subject to
relatively frequent failure. If the threads are not exactly the
same, don't try to screw it in. Put a little grease on the threads
when you put the new one in so it doesn't get that way too.

(I believe these are unified threads - inch sizes.)
