Although they have both shrunk, the pop-open quarter window seal on the passenger side can't be stretched to fit. Is there somewhere I can find the seal other than the junkyard? It's such a pain when it comes to the two-door. Any help appreciated.

Yeah, but 2 doors are worth the hassle. They are my favorite 240 series. My rear
side window seals have shrunk also. You can probably get the seals cheaper than
Volvo with a place like Newandusedvolvoparts.com but replacement seals for any
auto are never a cheap part. Refurbishing the cosmetic and weatherstripping on
quality cars is very expensive. The good side is the parts are still probably
available. You could also try FCP Groton or RPR. Where ever you buy they'll
probably have to order it. I had to order the door belt seal. AKA outside window
scraper, it was about $80 a side. I didn't know about the parts places on the
board back then.

One a side note. You can't get the rear side window seals for a 122S except used. You may get lucky and find a NOS set for major money. Volvo hasn't made the seal in something like 20 years. Hopefully, Volvo will support the 240 2 door for awhile.
