smoke comes up around the exhaust manifold 700

today, after I changed oil from my 91'740, I restart the engine
and few minutes later there is a smoke comes out around the exhaust manifold(or may be somewhere between the #3 and #2 sparkplug).
it smells like oil is burning somewhere.
I swear I did not touch anything except drained the oil out, replacing the
oil filter, and toping up new oil. but while I was topping up, some oil was
splashed on the crank case cover.

can you help me with it?

Probably a drip or two from the crankcase cover onto the manifold. Takes a whil to burn off. Has the problem persisted for over two days?

the amount of smoke reduced a lot, and I can not see any underhood.
but I do see a little comes out from the exhaust pipe.
it seems there are some oil on the pipe cover.
so it may take days to burn them out.

thanks
