I believe the instructions for at least the early version (85-89 740/760/780 Turbo) of the kit are posted at the Badbricks website. www.badbricks.com
At full throttle and above a certain rpm (maybe 3700 rpm), you get 7 seconds of raised boost. I think the boost raise is typically 4 psi. I do not know how all the electronics work, like whether the boost raise a set 4 psi or an adjustable number or whether the boost raise is from 7.5 psi which is stock boost or from whatever other base boost level you might set. I do not know if the knock sensor is tied into Turbo Plus. It will always work, even with a G-Valve. I do think there is a wire that interfaces with the fuel injection. People sell these kits used sometimes for maybe $200 and people sometimes salvage them from cars in junkyards for much less. It is generally a good idea to use premium gas when running higher boost. You can also remove your rearmost muffler and replace it with a section of 2.25 inch straight pipe (and even put the stock curved exit pipe back on) and also clean out your airbox, removing any sound deadening material and verifying that the thermostat works for the flapper door to the preheat hose by making sure it is closed when the engine is hot and also removing the restrictive cone that is inserted into the plastic pipe that goes into the fender from the airbox.
