Denver Mechanic? 200 1982

Can anyone recommend a kind and caring Volvo mechanic in the Denver metro area for my 82 240? For the past 5 years it has had the same, unsolveable problem and it is now acting up again. Since I just moved to Denver, I was hoping someone could steer me in the right direction. Meanwhile, I'll post the symptoms separately and see who can offer pearls of wisdom.

Thanks,
Greg

Go to Voltek. If you're a VCOA member I think you get a deal now, too. At least on parts. If Tom can't work on it, call Volvos by Jeff. Jeff has got to be the nuttiest mechanic I've ever met. Trying to keep up with him is a challenge.

I'm aware of three good Volvo shops in Denver ...

Andersen's Volvo - West Colfax in Golden
Nick's Volvo - South Santa Fe in Littleton
Volvo Specialists - North Santa Fe in Denver

All of these shops are very familiar with the 200 series. I've done business with each of them and referred others. I'm sure there are other good Volvo specialists in Denver as well.

I have 3 volvo cars and have had experience with some shops in Denver. My current and best!!! mechanic is the shop named VOLTEK, phone 303-293-2600. Tom and Carl are outstanding mechanics that fix it right the first time and provide outstanding customer service.

We were traveling through Denver last summer and had a problem. Looked in the Yellow Pages under Volvo repair and found a guy Downtown. Can't remember the name of the shop, but it was in an older part of downtown. Hope it helps. He was able to help us out and seemed like an okay guy.
