New injectors -- do I have to clean them, too? 200 1980

So I'm waiting for my set of new injectors/seals to arrive from fcpgroton, looking over the Bentley manuwal and noticing their recommendation to get new fuel injectors cleaned at the dealer before a DIY installation. That's disappointing -- thought I had it all set up to be pretty easy, kind of like changing spark plugs. According to Bentley, new injectors are coated with an anti-seize compound or something which tends to harden and clog everything up. Well, am I going to be sorry if I skip this step?

I doubt it, but soak them in gas and spark up a stogie whilst you wait....

I never cleaned 'em first....but damn I am lazy.

You sure are living up to your name...phone Nick at FCPGroton and ask him.
