If the adjustment at the console doesn't correct things (and een if it does), you may want to remove your discs and have a look at the actuating mechanisms.

Clean and lightly lube these with a suitable synthetic brake grease. Make sure they are moving freely. Sometimes these can rust stiff and not avtivate the shoes even though the cable is pulling.

If you go so far as to replace the shoes, also replace the clips which retain them. About $17, but shop ahead of time, as these can be hard to find and most likely will need to be ordered.

You'll also need a hardware kit. Springs, basically.

There is a large bolt that will tightent the e-brake cable. It is located in the console BUT you do not have to remove it for access. Remove the rear ash tray and have a peak. The bolt head is 17mm.

There are clear instructions in haynes or bentley manual on how to adjust cable at the lever in the car. This works well if the shoes are OK. Try this first anyway. If you do not have manual, remove centre console, adjustment is by big 14mm (could be bigger) nut on the back of the lever (come in from the back seat) otherwise you can adjust at 2 10mm nuts at the ends of the cables.
