Excessive vapors and blowby 200

What causes excessive vapors and blowby. Is it bad rings, excessive oil pressure or what.

Usually it is just high mileage and engine wear combined. In a turbo car, the extra pressue plus the engine wear makes the blowby worse. Excessive oil pressure has no relation.
