Someone musta made that dealer auctioning that '93 240 wagon with only 59,000 miles on it on Ebay an offer he couldn't refuse-he ended the auction early! Ain't fair! That wagon mighta been mine!! *WAHHHHHHHHH* :oÞ~~~~~~~~~

The title should have said a '93 wagon-not an "89"-I can't edit the title-my error

Same thing happened to me when I was bidding on an 83 244 GLT. For nine days I watched and waited to bid, only to see the seller remove the car from auction 4 HOURS before the auction was to close!

Someone came onto the lot and made 'em a deal they couldn't refuse. The highest bid at close of the auction was something like $4,400, well below reserve and blue book.

(wasn't it a '93??)

Yes it was a '93-mine is an '89 I mistakenly put in "89" in the title--can't edit the title.

The same thing happened to me on a 92 240 Sedan. It seems unfair that eBay
allows this to happen. Car sellers should have to play by the same rules
as everybody else.
