Hi all... How was the '83 B23E brought down to 115 HP from the 136 HP of previous years? For one, I know the '83 had the "A" cam in place of the "K". What else? Thank you...

    Are you sure that you aren't confusing the B23E with the B23F? The 23F was a low compression version of the 23E, rated at 111hp and 136 ft-lbs.
