air condition parts 700 1989

Hello
Does anyone know of a source or have a old air conditioner compressor tensioner?
The one on my wifes car vibrated loose and was lost. I had hoped it was in the belly pan, but no luck. Can the part still be ordered from the dealer? I have no wrecking yards with volvos in my town. The closest dealer is a 80 mile round trip.
Thanks UB

I've had great luck with Swedish Engineering. I've only used the one in Marietta because its closest to me so I don't know about the other locations. I ordered the bolt for that tensioner you're talking about while I was ordering a dealer only A/C line from them. I ordered those parts in the afternoon to be delivered UPS ground and I got them the next afternoon! Lou and Phil are very knowledgable and apparently they keep a very comprehensive stock of parts.

I've successfully gotten away without a tensioner. Get a pry bar, loosen the mount bolts, crank the compressor to where you want it, and fasten down the slide bolt (the one that the tensioner WOULD have been on). Unless you lost the whole thing, which I can't imagine happening.

On a lot of cars, that's how to tension accessories--no option. It works well.
