Diecast Models of the 900 series--any around? 900

I would dearly love a diecast model of a 900 series volvo.
Seems like I can easily locate other models but not this series.
Any leads appreciated.

I have seen 850 wagons on ebay, almost the same as the 940 wagons externally, but have'nt bought them

also have seen some 700/900 police wagons on ebay with the blue lights on top :(

I did see a 740, or 940 style wagon 90 model or later headlights in 1/43rd scale in a duty free store at the Munich airport a few years ago, I did'nt buy it because it was the wrong color.....thinking I would find another next trip, and I have never seen another one in the last 5 or 6 trips, although I don't have the time to haunt the toy stores when I'm in Europe. Probably could if I did.
