good aftermarket exhaust other than IPD? 700 1990

Hello,
Need help!
What is a good, not to pricey, performance exhaust for a 90 740ti?
IPD is to expensive for me, I would like to go cat-back with a high flow muffler. Plan on removing first muffler.
Any recommandations? Borla? Dynomax? Flowmaster?
Thanks Yorkbrick

I had fabricated my own exhaust from a flowmaster universal 3" tailpipe kit, and a hooker header's max-flow muffler, and some flat-stock steel for hangers for around $130 ... Not too hard, seeing as the exhaust system on the 700 series is fairly simple... Took maybe a couple hours for test-fitting, cutting and welding... overall it's kinda loud, but i guess that's what you get with a muffler you can see through.... Probably would be significantly quieter on a 8v turbo (turbos make it quieter!).... the new exhaust improved my high-end power a bit (the only kind of power it has with a 4200 RPM torque peak) I should finally have some pics of what it looks like within the next day or so..

Any local muffler shop should carry a turbo muffler. Most will have the dynomax and flowmaster brands. If you need pipe work then get them to fabricate the system. Call the shops first and ask if they use a line feed welder which is best.
