Turbo Oil Cooler Center Bolt

Anybody have the torque spec for the center bolt that holds the oil filter can adapter to the remote fitting? This is the one into which the filter screws. My kid's unit keeps leaking right at that joint and I suspect he has rotated the bolt out along with his filter. Next time, I am going to clean it off and use Loctite to secure it. Yes, the o-ring is new.

Just took care of a leaking unit on wife's 91 turbo. Had to do it twice and still don't know what it did. Torque is not going to be important as you are only compressing an O ring. When I replaced the O ring the second time, it did not leak. I question if I may not have had it in properly the first time. Fortunately, it can be removed without too much grief.
