Harness question re-phrased-'82 240 K-Jet system 200 1982

The following is in reference to a '82 240 DL 4-cyl gas with the mechanical K-jet system built 1/82 ; While examining my harness I find this stray spade connection coming out from the main harness out from the firewall. It sort of splits & goes right to the right front lights & electronic ignition & goes left I guess to the front left lighting. At the split the stray spade connection comes out. It is a greyish colored wire & is labeled # T1309879P04 in a red label. Is this a sort of testing point connection? where does it lead to ?
Also there is another odd item. It is a black wire that is grounded to the intake manifold near the throttle switch. It has a red label that has the # T1235413PO1.what is this for? It seems that this connects tthe above mentioned grey wire from the main firewall harness but not sure. Any info?

From what I can gather from your description you mean the wire at the firewall
right in front of where the pedals are? This comes out of the firewall and is a covered spade connector. It is for a starter switch to turn over the motor from the engine compartment. I don't remember the color. There should be a couple of grounds on the intake manifold. They are very important grounds for the fuel injection mixture computer.
