my climate control air direction controler on my 760 turbo only works when it wants to. the a/c and fan work ok but most of the time the air only blows out towards the floor. I've checked the doors and they don't seem to be sticking. don't seem to be a vac leak. any ideas?

Check for vacuum leaks in the climate control system. I found the rubber cap on the left hand side port of the vacuum reservoir was split. See the 700/900 FAQ for excellent information on this.

have you checked the vaccuum check valve in the engine compartment. Half black/half white plastic gadget connected to intake manifold.
