ok, so when i turn on my car, the sound it makes when the door is open, won't stop, i check all the doors and they are all shut, but it still makes the sound. it's driving me mad!

You have a bad ground somewhere... pull the door pin switches and clean them, and check the brake lamps for good contact as well.

At least on my 1983, when the same thing happened I howled to my tech - who said that both brake lights were out. Check them out.
