Noise from pass side front 700 1991

When I go over small bumps or enter a driveway I get a banging noise like bottoming out. If Bounce the fender I get the same noise. Only happens on Passenger side. Is this the shock? Is it dangerous until I get it in for service? Thanks

That could be a few things, could be bad ball joint, bad control arm, broken strut ETC, if its the strut not dangerious just be a real bad ride, the ball joint of control arm yea that can be dangerious.
