200 Front Brake Issue

Need to diagnose and repair a 200 front brake issue. One brake (right front) seems to be clamped against the rotor always. It is not enough pressure to stop the car, or make it pull, but certainly is creating lots of brake dust. Could it be something simple like the guide pins?

200 Front Brake Issue

It could be a few things. One would be a hardware issue such as the pin binding on the hole in the pad. ANother could be the pad binding in the caliper.

The last one would be the caliper actually having a frozen (or freezING) piston.
