Well, my plastic tank replacement radiator that a local independent Volvo service garage sold me has bitten the dust after less than 2 years (upper hose neck is cracked). Has anyone found an all metal radiator for a '94 945? Or are the newer models still stuck with the plastic tank only? I'm going to check FCP Groton as soon as I get off the board. Thanks in advance...

I just put a new all metal Radtech in my 93 945(non-turbo)last week. It is of very good quality and was probably 6-8 lbs. heavier then the Blackstone aluminum and plastic Volvo original.
I shopped around the Net a bit and the best price I found that seemed to be the best quality was from eeuroparts.com
It was $190 including S&H and I had it in two days. I was a bit leary of some that I saw on eBay(Titan??), but there are some decent ones there as well.

Thanks, I think I'm going with the Radtech, FCPGroton claims all metals aren't available (not a good response considering) and I haven't heard back from IPD yet.
