I'm certain it will if it's from a 92-95 960. The later cars, while I don't *think* anything changed in the rear cargo area, could have some slight differences in the rear side panels - honestly they're pretty uncommon cars, and I just haven't seen that many late 965's up close.
The rest of the vehicle's dimensions are identical, so it should fit.
