I hope someone has the answer..my front passenger side seat refuses to go back after travelling all the forward, and it is now fully elevated to boot! This happened not long ago and I somehow got it to work again after shifting the switch back and forth. Am I looking at a bad switch or a loose connection in that panel? Please any help will be much appreciated as my knees are getting sore.

My '95 965 has the same problem on the passenger seat. It goes forward without any problem and all the other adjustments work fine, it just won't travel backwards. So I played the switch jiggle game until it started moving and put the seat all the way back. Then I let my wife adjust the seat to her satisfaction and engaged the kill switch so it doesn't accidently get changed.

My guess is the switch.
