After installing the lower suspension braces on my 240, I noticed that one side of the car (in front) seems to be a bit higher. I measured it and the difference is about 3/4" from one side to the other. I think that one side was higher on the jackstands when I installed.

Before I go crazy ripping it off to check, is it possible for the braces to cause this? I'm not sure if I just happen to notice it at this time.

Did you take it for a ride before you measured the height? It's inaccurate if you measured it right after the jack was removed.

Yeah. It's been one the ground for a while. It's about 1/2-3/4" different from side to side.

NO..It will not affect the hieght of your car..I installed (sunday)the same braces myself..all the BEST!
