    transmission questions 200

This has been covered here quite a lot- search for this topic and also look at the 700/900FAQ for "Conversion".
You need the clutch cable, brake and clutch pedals, transmission, shifter, shift boot, driveshaft, flywheel, clutch kit, pilot bearing, and transmission mount.

It's entirely doable, as long as you've got a weekend or more to spend on it.
IF it's an 89 or later car, you need a later transmission with the slot in the top of the bellhousing for the crank sensor, as well as the correct flywheel for the car (match the number of holes with your automatic's ring gear).
Later transmission in early car= no problem. Early trans in later car= problem.

    Have fun!
