Rough idle when warmed up 200 1993

My 93-240 wagon(110,000 miles) has a rough idle when warmed up. The idle gets worse the longer you idle. Since the problem first began in July I have changed the plugs, rotor, dist. cap, wires. I have tried fuel injector cleaner in the gas, sprayed the throttle body with cleaner, have looked for vacuum leaks and replaced a few vacumm lines. Nothing has worked. The car also has a rebuilt air mass meter (computer code indicated a problem when the check engine light came on).

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

See if it changes when you disconnect the O2 sensor. This could very well be going bad. Also inspect the big air hose from AMM to intake for leaks. Even a small hole here can be big trouble.
