Im looking for a set of foglights for my 87 740t. Looking for the ones that mount under the bumper. Anyone know of a good place to find a pair or have a few for sale? Thanks

You will find you need several things to install forward fog lights on your 740. If the wiring is actually in place, you will need the switch, relay, spoiler with cutouts on the far ends (preferably unpainted), a pair of mounting brakets, and of course the lights themselves... Again this assumes the wiring is all in place and ready to go.

Most of these parts should be available from most of the bannered advertisers, as well as eBay. I would HIGHLY reccomend finding a buddy in your area with a 760 made *BEFORE* 1988 who will let you experience their fog lights before you make the plunge. As the proud owner of both a 740 and 760, I don't find the foglights as usefull as they could be. My front end is very different from yours, by the way, so I cannot sell you my fogs. Sorry. :)

Thanks for all the help however. I have an 87 740ti which came with the foglights, the hole for them are there and i have looked and seen how they install as I have one non-functioning unit with mounting bracket. I just need to find someone with two lights with brackets as I am not sure of the condition of mine.

Ahh. My bad. You can find brackets and "lenses" regularly on eBay... Just search for "Volvo 760" or "Volvo 740". They will usually be in seperate auctions. I would at least get my brackets like this.

The lenses should be available from www.volvoworld.com (has pictures) or newandusedvolvoparts.com . Searching Google can also prove fruitful.
