Brake lights 700 1989

I have a question about my brake lights. All three of them are not working. All of the bulbs are fine, the switch at the brake pedal checks out ok, and all of the fuses are good. Anyone have any suggestions/possibilities? Is there a separate relay I should be looking for?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the advice. You both were correct. It was the bulb failure relay. The guy at the parts counter new exactly what my problem was when I asked about the relay. He was surprised it had lasted this long. $64 later, brake light are working fine.

Thanks.

It is almost certainly the Lamp Supervision Relay. Go to the 700/900 FAQ for locations of the relays.

Check the brake light failure relay. It seems that others may have had the same problem as you a few posts back. Check within the last two weeks, I am sure others have complained about this exact problem.
