What size is the oil plug on a 87' 240DL Wagon 200 1987

What size is the oil plug(to change oil) on a 1987 Vovlo 240 DL Wagon. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

    If it's the original plug, it's 25mm. 1" will also work.

      What size is the oil plug on a 87' 240DL Wagon 200 1983

      I have never had to use a socket that big. 17mm is mine, just my $.02

        What size is the oil plug on a 87' 240DL Wagon 200 1983

        Strange, Larry. Both my 81 and 83 have the 25mm hex-head oil pan drain plug. A six-point 1-inch socket (equates to 25.4mm) works perfectly. I got a magnetic drain plug from IPD and it also is 25mm.
        Are you referring to the thread size?
