164 Shop Manual 140-160

Does anyone know of a source for shop manuals for the 164 series?
I am also always looking for a good source of 164's as well in the Colorado area.
thanks for all the helpful feedback on the 240 tailgate problem!

i suggest the haynes - it's a great resource. i have two for my 164e - i keep one in the trunk, and the other within reach at home. i hear tell the bentley is also great but the prices i've seen have been a bit spendy. got both my haynes' for like $8 each on ebay.

I have a 164 manual for the 75 and the Haynes manual. Not for sale but I might be able to help with information.

Well....Matt B here.
I do have an original factory 164 manual.... not sure what year. Problem is it got left on the roof of a 122 for a month or so, so its sort of wasted. But, for that reason, it is also free.... if'n I can find it that is.

Are you looking for 164 cars, or 164 parts? Or both? I do have some stuff, and I know of a fella near teh Springs that has a few post '72 164 cars for sale....maybe.

Green Volvo manuals show up on ebay from time to time.
They are by far the best. Chilton is worthless. Haynes
and Bentley are better.

Talk to Matt B. of Forcefield.com about Colorado.
(or metricsucks.com)
