have a 1987 760 turbo wagon, recently i put in a newer engine and turbo out of a 1986 740 turbo, ive heard at around 87 or so volvo swithed between garrett and mitsubishi turbos, i was wonering if anyone could tell me they name,size,type, and model #s of turbos that came in both years (1986, 87), and if anyone has got there turbo rebilt in canada, and where they got the work done, and for how much?

1986 model year 700 series turbos came only with the Garrett T3. In 1987 the Garrett T3 became water cooled and the water cooled Mitsubishi TD05 was introduced. These two turbos were used through the 1989 model year.
