will I need different front springs in my b28f to b23ft conversion? 200

The project was originally an '82 264 gle. I am installing a freshly rebuilt
b23fti I amwondering if the strut springs are too stiff for the conversion?

    Steve,

    We initially ran 260 springs in the front of our 240 rally car. They do provide a higher spring rate and will raise up the front end one or two inches.

    Many years ago, someone posted spring rates for all the various 240 engine types. I know the diesels had higher capacity springs (that's why they go with V-8 conversions), not sure about the V-6s. If no one else confirms this, I dig into my files at home.
