I have change about everything that I could think of, fuel pump relay,rotor and cap, spark plugs, new battery and alternator, and replace the 25 amp fuse. Still will not start, Just turns and turns but it did back fire one time. plugs are wet and I do have spark from the coil plug Help!!!

It's yer Computer (ECU), and it's kaput. 89's had this issue, thank you Robert Botch.

Look for a junkyard replacement, get a 951.

Look at yours, it'll be a 561 (I think).

And the crank sensor is a good idea as well.

Where is the crank sensor located.

like the other post, timing belt. Also I would suspect the rpm sensor. Your computer should be able to give you a code on that.

Make sure your timing belt is not broken. In an 89 you can have spark without the cam turning.
If that's OK, replace plugs again and try it with the AMM disconnected.
