Houston we have Virgo's!!! 200

Went to the yard as I always do on the weekends to find treasure. A 1990 244DL with a brand new D/S TS lens $10, 4 Virgo (Turbo) rims with soild tires, perfect caps, and all lugs, but I did manage to lose one, $150. Also has factory Cruise Control, there is no way the CC unit from the 85 244 will fit in my 87, 2 completly different set-ups.
As far as the rims go though they had heavy brake dust coating 2 of the tires, Super Heavy brake dust. After cleaning they didnt come out that perfect. Still pretty dark compared to the others. Thinking these came from a differnt car, because the tire brands dont match with the front to the backs.
Also when changing over the rims I removed the small single stud thats runs between the lugs. Does that serve a purpose other than lining up the tire??? <----Stupid Question I'm Sure... The donor can had these removed as well.
Since I cannot use the CC unit that I got does anybody wanna swap something for it? It is the complete CC unit from a 1985 244GL. Control box, servo, switch controls, brake and throttle hardware too. I will just throw it on Ebay in case somebody does wanna trade.
Thanx
Patrick

See, hanging out at the pick and pull will eventually pay off, and you'll begin to recognize the ebayers after a while and sometimes get there first.

The locating pin, I've heard, was a boon to the balance-on-the-car method, but I'm quite sure the only wheels I've seen with the hole for it were Coronas. On the other hand, I wasn't looking. Just put an M6x12 bolt in its place. Someone mentioned drilling the wheel.
