Steering Column Removal 200 1984

I found a brick in the junkyard with the keys in the ignition! I tried to remove the steering column and got all the way to whatever holds the steering column to the suspension; I yanked, and yanked, and yanked, but the suspension wouldn't let go of the steering column. I couldn't find the bolt(s) that retain the steering column to the suspension. Where are the little buggers?

They are directly underneath the steering column. They look like nuts with rounded off heads. This was done purposely at the factory as a theft prevenative measure. You have to drill a hole in them and then use a tap to loosen them up. Hope this helps.
