Washer level sensor? 900 1993

This may sound like a trivial post - but in my owner's manual it says there's supposed to be a low windshield washer reservoir indicator on the dash. I guess mine isn't working, or else not installed (there's a free electrical connector right next to the reservoir, but nothing to plug it into). Does anyone know anything about this? With the weather we're having in NY recently, it would be a nice feature to know when the squirters will soon fail.

Thanks!

The washer fluid level sensor was standard until about 1989 from what I can tell. Starting in about 1990 it became an option. I just suppled one to another brickboarder.

Interesting. Is it easily obtainable and does it just plug in and work? If so, I think I'll have to get me one!

All you need the the sensor with the proper wiring connector (about 1987 the cars used a different wiring connector) and a lamp for the idiot light.
