service engine light 200 1990

i have a 1990 240dl. Is it difficut to reset the service engine light myself. I just got the car and change my own oil and do my own overall servicing. steve

SOmetimes the button fails to work and you have to reach up behind the cluster or even remove it to reset the switch.

Push the button on the instrument cluster. Use a nail or something like that to press it. The button is on the right side of the cluster.
