Scantech quality 700 1991

Hi: My IPD says that Scantech parts are OEM quality. Have people found this to be true? Is it true for just some of the components? Right now I'm looking at an oil pump. Thanks in advance.

So far all the parts I have used have been very good, especially the price. Mostly I have gotten lenses, hoses, t-stats, gaskets, trunk struts, minor stuff and never an oil pump.

I purchased a tail light for a 90 244DL from a supplier online, and got
a scantech tail light, and it looks really nice on the car, but the
circuit board material is flimsy in my opinion and causes a lot of
lightbulb warnings, so I put the old circuit board back on with the new
scantech assembly. There is a reason it was much cheaper than Volvo
parts from the dealer.

So far, I have been pleased with the Scantech products I have used, especially the price difference!

IPS in Boise sells Febi-Bilstein oil pumps for about $100 US. They are a quality product. Scantech may be selling the same pump.
