Fuel Pump Relay 200

Can someone tell me where I can find the fuel pump relay on a 86 240DL (North American Model)? My car doesn't start and when I measure the voltage across the relay (#4) it's zero. The engine turns but doesn't catch
The battery, spark plugs, and wiring have all been changed today.

Thanks

On my 1990 I have a fuse mounted behind the battery it is white in color 25 amp in a holder. The wire from the + side of the battery goes to it and the powers the fuel pump relay . It is a common failure for the holder. 5 bucks at the dealer.

Are you asking where the relay is located, or are you asking where to obtain a replacement relay?

The fuel pump relay is mounted on the inside firewall, passenger's side, just above where the felt kick pad attaches to the firewall. A tall passenger might kick it except for the kick pad.

The relay is a white plastic box about 2"x2"x1". The picture below shows the fuel pump relay on the left. The second picture shows the relay open (the relay on the right is OD).

You can resolder your relay, which is very likely to solve the typical cracked solder problem. $0, 15 minutes, no risk, clean 'n easy work. If it helps nothing, you're out nothing -- and you've probably solved a future problem.

The relay is located under the panel at the passenger's knees. Remove the panel and find the relay (white and about 1"x1"x1 1/2" clipped to the firewall.

Everything was fine until you changed out the battery, plugs, and wires?? Then I would start there. Also the 25 amp fuse and holder on the driver's side inner fender- make sure it is clean and corrosion free.
