Vibration at Idle 700 1990

760 T with 180K miles. Car is great! Have recently (last two days) noticed a faint mid-low frequency oscillating vibration/sound at idle. With mechanics steth, noise appears worse at alternator and at a/c compressor. No noise at block adjacent to crank (which leads me to eliminate main bearing). No noise at P/S pump.... Harmonic balancer?? I will be replacing the timing belt, tensioner, front seals, accessory belts (all three)within a couple of weeks. Should I spring for the H/B pulley as well? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

COuld be just belt noise, in which case the new belts will fix it.
The AC compressor could be going, that's not unheard of. The bearings have to turn all the time whether its running or not. If you cut or remove the belt to the compressor (you're changing it anyway) you should be able to notice a difference.
BTW all 700s develop low-frequency engine shake at idle when the hydraulic motor mounts are shot. If your oil pan is sitting very close to the sway bay, that could be what's wrong.
