I understand that some Volvos have the same bolt pattern as Ford rims. What rims are interchangeable for this year, if any? Would like to put some wider wheels under The Big Swede so it doesn't look like a pig on roller skates. Might be kinda kool to fit some minilite alum wheels on her. Any suggestions?

The deep snow today in Chicago reminds me how much I like keeping my 145 stock with 165/15's. Looks be d*mned.

yes. the Ford-matching bolt pattern ended with the birth of the 140, excepting carbureted 1800s.

You need 5x108 as mentioned. Fine selection of OE Volvo rims, or a few from the aftermarket.

Ford wheels that fit 140 and 1800E are from all Tauruses (all), Thunderbird from about 90-on, Lincoln LS, Windstar (all).

Volvo wheels from all Front or Rear wheel drive models fit, only exceptions are some 4 lug wheels.
