Seat Heaters 700 1989

Both seat heaters are dead. Light on console goes on, but no heat. What should I check first? Cold tush here, please help me out.

Are these leather or cloth seats? The two have different circuits.

Could be very simple. There's a 2-wire plug under each seat. They get disconnected from seat movements and from people's feet catching on them.
Plug in if disconnected. Should be 1 red and 1 black wire.
Also there's a thermostat buried in the center of the seat cushion. The wires can pull or break off of that. If they're pulled off, small needlenose pliers and a mirror to see what you're doing are needed to get them back on.
