The exhaust on my 1972 1800E is rusted out. I am looking for a replacement. I would like a high-flow mandrel bens unit preferably with only one muffler. dose any one know where a pre-fab unit can be bought or of a good shop in the CA Bay Area that could make one.

I haven't had any problem (and not much expense) in getting custom bent exhausts put on both my 1800E and PV544 in the last year or so. Both were custom bent in the size of my choosing (2.25 inch for the PV, 2 inch for the 1800) and with whatever mufflers I chose. Under $200 each. You probably want to find a new downpipe and take that with you, however.
