Ambient Air Temperature Sensor 900 1996

I have a 1996 960 Wagon. While on a short trip we apparently ran over something that jarred the front plastic trim guards under the radiator and knocked the ambient temperature sensor from its normal location. After looking around I cannot determine how the sensor is mounted. I want to make sure it is in the right location. Can someone please check and provide me the detailed information and/or perhaps a (digital) photo of the mounting location? It looks like it fits into some type of housing. Thanks.

Ambient Air Temperature Sensor 900 1996

Sorry , no photo, but the sensor, which looks sort of like the head of a large bullet, fits into a round plastic ring holder that's mounted up under and behing the air dam about perpedictular to the right side of the grille. It will be immediately obvious, and there may be another one mounted directly opposite to this one on the left side. Of course, since your's came off, the holder might have been destroyed.
