AC low side valves. Are there two? 200 1985

I was recharging the air conditioner on my 85 240. It appears that there is both a low and high side schrader valve on the back of the compressor. However, there is another schrader valve on the reciver-drier. Can this be used to recharge the AC? If not, any tricks for acessing the low side on the back of the compressor? Thanks, George.

The one at the dryer is likely the high side, DO NOT charge from there.
It was hard but possible to access the low at the back of my DK compressor.

I went and checked and low and behold the schrader valve on the low side is leaking. It only does it with the cap screwed off. Short of taking the valve out - which I assume would vent the system - I am going to try to put some kind of coupler on the low side. Although, perhaps I might get away with just servicing it and putting the cap back on with some teflon tape to ensure a seal. Thanks BSD
